Carrie Farrell is a Principal and Founder of C-Far Consulting, which provides a comprehensive range of management consulting services including: project management, program development and evaluation, survey- and evidence-based research, organization development, leadership/board development, multi-sector and cross-cultural facilitation, grant writing, and strategic planning.
Carrie specializes in developing data-driven plans and programs that integrate measurable goals and metrics to ensure sustained results. Contributing a complementary blend of both technical and soft skills, Carrie provides executives with strong analytical expertise to synthesize complex data into meaningful reports and actionable recommendations.
She is an exceptional project manager, maintaining enthusiasm and project momentum, while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the client’s unique and changing needs. Prior to working independently, Carrie consulted with KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP in their Public Services Practice contributing on management audits and organizational restructuring projects.
Carrie has professional experience in all sectors and worked as a Real Estate Appraiser and bank manager for major lenders, including Union Bank before pursuing her advanced education. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Planning. Additionally, she is a Certified Professional Coach.
